How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

To Cancel Your Order:

  1. Log in to your account and go to [My Orders].

  2. Find the order you want to cancel.

  3. If the order is eligible for cancellation, click the “Cancel Order” button.

  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

⚠️ If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may still be able to return the item — please check our Return Policy.
